Can you hold a place before I apply?
A hold will be placed only after a completed application has been approved and required deposits are collected. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
No, we require first month’s rent, security deposit and any on-boarding fees prior to move-in -
How old do you have to be to apply?
All tenants 18 years and older must fill out a separate application. Application fees are non-refundable. -
Is the deposit refundable?
$150 of the deposit is non fundable, the rest is refundable, however if tenant damages are present after move-out, the respective amount will be withheld from the deposit. -

You must give a 60 day notification before lease expiration that you are intending to vacate or the lease will be subject to a month to month contract as stated in the lease -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
General repairs and ongoing maintenance are handled by the property manager, however if repairs/maintenance are required due to damages from the tenant then the tenant will be responsible for covering the cost of repair.
